01 — Connect to the right workspace.
Open the authenticated Compacitas Mission Control workspace. Verify the connected organization and your access before creating work. A product website visit does not establish a runtime connection.
02 — Create or recover the project.
Record a specific objective, scope and acceptance criteria. If the work already exists, recover its project record instead of creating an unrelated replacement.
03 — Retrieve context and lessons.
Load the relevant project records and history. Confirm that they apply to the current environment. Record whether an operational lesson is being applied and the reason for that decision.
04 — Execute and retain evidence.
Use the authority and tools available to the project. Preserve the artifacts, action receipts and validation results that support its outcome. Treat an interrupted or uncertain action as unresolved until its actual state is recovered.
05 — Close the loop.
Record the outcome against the same project identity. Include the evidence for completion and any unresolved limitations. Capture a lesson when the work reveals a reusable improvement.
